The INRIA Jacquard project/GOAL team 
(http://www.inria.fr/recherche/equipes/jacquard.en.html) from University 
of Lille looks for candidates for a postdoc position on component and 
aspect approaches. The areas of work of our team include:
Aspect Oriented Programming, Component Based Software Development, ADL, 
middleware, architecture evolution, Composition models, MDA.

The position is for one year and the salary is the one of a beginner 
assistant professor in France (1600 euros per month after charges (local 
tax and health)). The position does not include any teaching activity, 
nevertheless it is possible for the candidate to participate in some of 
the CS department courses aside of the position. The funding comes from 
CNRS and Nord-Pas-de-Calais region.

Candidates may be from any country other than France, and have to hold a 
PhD by the time the position is to be opened for selection (september 
2004). Only candidates that hold a PhD from an university outside of 
France may apply. This position is 12 month long, starting anytime 
between september and december 2004.
