A post doctoral position is available at Ecole des Mines de Nantes,  
OBASCO Group.
OBASCO group is involved in the STREP project AMPLE and is currently  
looking for a post doctoral candidate.

Tasks:

The candidate will be integrated in the AMPLE project and as such  
will develop research activities around component and aspect-oriented  
programming, and software product lines.
The research focus is  on the implementation and application of new  
modularisation mechanisms for distributed systems.
More precisely the candidate will participate in the implementation of
stateful aspects, concurrent aspects and distributed aspects in the  
context of the CaesarJ language.

Essential requirements:

The candidate must have a PhD in computer science and experience in  
software development for one or two years (Java environment).
Knowledge in the following areas is required: object-oriented  
programming, software components and architectures, and aspect- 
oriented programming.
An expertise and a research interest in one of this domain is needed.
The candidate must be autonomous,  good English speaking and writing  
skills are demanded, abilities to work in a small team is also  
important.
