that's an interesting area, imho.

Not that I want to discourage you, but that's really quite a task.
Not only are patterns in themselves not trivial, but AOSD adds quite a
broad range of variety to them, even within a single paradigm.

I've been working on this for a while now, though no publications exist
yet.

If you've got questions, I'd gladly answer them, but I don't see how I
could write down my thoughts on patterns and AOSD without writing a
dozen pages or more. ;-)
So, ask away and I'll try to answer... and I am sure there are quite a
few others on the list that work in this area, too.
