[aosd-discuss] AOP in C++ article [major rewrite]

I have significantly rewritten my article on AOP in C++. Bear in mind though
that the article attempts to address a very wide audience. I would
appreciate feedback on whether I do a good job or not of representing AOP in
the article. Any other feedback, you feel is warranted would be appreciated
as well!
