[aosd-discuss] Is there a standard .Net Aspect software package?

My problem is I just did that a year ago ... was a lot of work and I
could not tell there had been any movement, all of them looked a bit
abandoned.

I am going to try Castle and nAspect based off gregory's suggestion.

With that many alternatives we really need a consolidation or consensus,
at least a complete review of them we can all reference and comment on.

Hi Owen.

I agree with you that AO for .NET seems way behind AO for Java,
as far as I know of there is no consensus for a AO "framework" for the
.NET Platform.

Perhaps you already know about it but in case you haven't visited it,
aosd.net has a list of AO projects som of them target .NET.

I fetched the full URL for you:

http://aosd.net/wiki/index.php?title=Research_Projects

It might be a good place to start searching for the best AO framework
for the .NET Platform.

Good luck!

Daniel Oskarsson
