[aosd-discuss] More on AOP for .NET

A couple more comments on the comments:

- AFAIK, the only AOP tool for .NET that has been used in a production environment is Rapier-LOOM
- The grid of existing approaches is far from complete and obviously subjective: e.g. completion state was reported not by an external observer, but rather by developers themselves. Many authors did not respond to my inquiries and the information on their tools is, as you might see, none (e.g. Aspect#)
- I was about to write a bit on EOS, but I reckon Hridesh Rajan is reading these mails and he should be the one speaking for it I guess :o)
