There's the Aspect module on CPAN. Well developed and works as  
advertised when I tried it. See <http://search.cpan.org/dist/Aspect>.

I've /never/ seen it used in the wild - which I put down to Perl  
having other mechanisms to do the same sort of thing with less  
theoretical overhead.
