[aosd-discuss] AOP patent

Xerox has U.S. Patent 6467086 for AOP, and I found a thread of this in 
2003's archive 
http://aosd.net/pipermail/discuss_aosd.net/2003-March/000466.html, however, 
I'm still wondering about if I need a license from Xerox to develop my own 
AOP framework instead of using AspectJ.
