The fifth international conference, AOSD 2006, took place from March 20 to 24, 2006. The event's general chair was Robert Filman, while Hidehiko Masuhara was the program chair. Richard P. Gabriel and Carliss Baldwin were the keynote speakers.
VenueAll Roads Led To Bonn
All roads led to Germany — specifically to the Bonn-Aachen IT Center on Dahlmannstraße. For the 2006 conference on aspect-oriented software development, the main venue was the Baroque-era Electoral Palace, today the university's main building. Right in the heart of Bonn, the venue is a 400-metre walk from the station. It is 450 metres to the Rhine Promenade. Hotels of every level can be found within ten minutes' walking distance of the location.
The conference rooms were on the first floor of the university's main building.
