The traditionHow The Awards Work
The annual awards — the Most Influential Paper and the Best Paper — are presented yearly, with the Most Influential Paper honouring work presented ten years earlier at a previous AOSD conference. The influence such a paper has exerted over the ten-year period is the yardstick used to pick the winner. The award carries prize money of $1,000, shared among the authors.
Still marked TBD
The AOSD 2008 Best Paper award — like the 2009 edition — is marked TBD: yet to be decided. Who wins it? When will it be decided?
